This was Roll Call's visit to Arlington National Cemetery in 2011, and the stone

over the crew of 60528, the C-130 shot down by Russian Fighters over the skies

of Armenia in 1958. Again,this year, this will be our first stop

where we will again leave flowers and hold a brief memorial ceremony.

Earlier in the day, many in the group will have visited the grave stone of the crew

of this doomed reconnaissance aircraft, taken from the skies by Soviet pilots.

Note: As we open Registration for this reunion, negotiations are still underway with the NSA to make this happen.

There is no reason to believe that it won't, but we do not have a definite yes on this briefing.

1:00 PM - Shenandoa Room - NSA Briefing - An NSA Senior or Senior Air Force Intelligence,

Surveillance and Reconnaisance Agency officer assigned to NSA to address

our group of SIGINT veterans. To address today's collection, processing and

reporting methods. Not specific information, but rather an overview to include what

today's typical collector, analyst, linguist, and reporter looks like e.g.,

their education, level of expertise, military service connection, and the general

demographics of today's SIGINT focused population.

Colonel Roman graduated from the United States Air Force Academy in 1979 and spent 23 years in the military as an Air Force Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance officer.  He served in various operational and staff assignments before retiring from the Air Force as a Colonel.
